I have this site where two techs seem to mess each other up.

1 tech (ours) installs door phone and works fine

1 tech who installs automatic door with handicap button to open door does his thing then door phone does not work.

We went back to fix now they cannot open the door.

Has anyone ran into this before and know how to sync the two??

Handicap person rolls up to door and press Door Phone button, attendant releases the door strike via code 6, handicap person then press's the big button to open the door.

Our tech is starting to think to have a custom circuit board made up for this.

The door button and the DOC would have to be the same voltage and use one common power supply, they could run in parallel and either would open the door.

Set up both units to work off of a dry contact connector then you wouldn't have any conflict.

Hi I think I ran into a problem like this and the doc and speaker have to be on the same transformer.

Hope this helps
