I have a request from a picky customer with 9608 phones. They don't want to see the incoming caller ID on the call appearance buttons, only on the main display at the top of the screen. They still want the button to flash. I can't seem to figure out how I can accomplish this or if its possible. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions? This is Server Edition Select 9.1 SP9. Thanks in advance for any help!

easy... take away the 9608's and replace them with 1608's and 1616's. Presto, those pesky labels stay exactly the way you printed them.
