Dongle Key

I have embedded voicemail and my voicemail works but I'm not able to see the dongle key serial number on the SD card; so I cant get my licenses to validate. any idea what to do. I rebooted system with SD card in and I rebooted with SD card out. I can see my sd card in system status but it won't recognize dongle key serial.

You really should not have downgraded.
This is why we always are a bit annoyed when IT guys (no offense) are going to play around with the ipoffice.
Who installed this system?
They should have given you the right version.
