Does work CenreVu with Windows XP ?

My question is easy. Is it possible that CentreVu is working with Windows XP or not ?

Have you tried running it in Windows 95 mode? Right click on the CentreVu icon and select the compatability tab. Then choose what mode you want XP to run in for this application.
I've had trouble with the terminal emulator which runs and dials but then locks up the modem port.

I had a similar problem when running on Windows 2000 pro. I had to get a different version of centrevu and it worked fine. I bought Centrevu supervisor V9 load ek.01 may8 2001 comcode 108922493. It works with cms server version down to V6

Ouch, a new version to run under Win 2K ? I dread to think how much that cost.

There's a little piece of software in the Win2K resource kit called the application compatibility tool. It doesn't do anything clever, it just tricks the CentreVu Supervisor's installer into thinking it's on Windows NT4 (or 98 for that matter).

The installer then runs and everything is fine. I did this with version 8 which is freely downloadble from the Avaya website.
