Does SMGR required to install new CM 7.1 on S8300E Server ??

Dear all

I tried to install new CM 7.1 on S8300E card (with AVP 7.1) through SDM client but I got error saying that:

''Host version mismatch for this OVA :
-ESXi and vCenter versions allowed are: 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5
-AVP versions allowed are: 7.1 and above
Please choose host with valid version for this ova.''

I'm 100% sure I have installed AVP 7.1....!!!
Does the SMGR required for S8300E (cm7.1) ??

You can install CM with SDM Client, you do not need SMGR for the install. However you must first install Utility Services, then any other VM (CM, BSM, etc.) Also be sure you have logged into the S8300E and accepted the EULA. Be sure SDM Client recognizes the S8300E as an AVP host.
Utility Services is used by AVP to route connections from the Services Port to the guest VMs and also for some alarming.

through the SDM client I tried also to install Utility Services first, but I got the same error (version mismatch)...!!
