I have used Comm Tools before, but it was FoxProw/WIN 2.5. So it's been a while. Throw out a specific question though and I'll see what I can do.

I am trying to create the simplest wayt to send a file to another computer.
One computer will be the client will be the host.
I just purchased Commtools. I don't really how to start.
I was thinking to create a form with button (send file).
If you can give me any to start with this will be appreciated.

Are you talking about using a dial-up connection or would you be able to e:mail it or send it over a LAN?
