Yes I'm am pretty sure the CCNA expires every two years, I will confirm this with my wife. She finished her Network + last month and will be taking her CCNA this Sat. Keep your fingers crossed.
But keep in mind that while they don't technically expire, the products for which you're certified in are replaced by newer products. So - the value in that MCSE degrades over time if you don't test for the newer versions.

CCNA certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, either pass the current CCNA exam, or pass the ICND exam, or pass any 642 professional level or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE written exam.
