Hi Guys,do we need to purchase IPO CTI PRO RFA
license for our IP500 (6.0(14)) in order to "pop" our IT companies database.
Thanks

Terminal server?
Are you using ACT/Goldmine/Miximizer...or else?

It is a customer database developed by an IT company.
we connected to this before on an IPO406 (version 3)but i believe it only connected when using a Phone Manager Pro licence,Haven't tried it with IP500 Version 6.

So they've gone from a IPO406 > IP500, so the might be a dongle swap. THe you should have the same licences as you had with the IPO406.

You could take a look in the Manager > Licences to check it.

hey guys,

we have a customer that has a third party data base. we want to put in an IP OFFICE, but customer wants to know if we can connect/pop the 3rd party data base.....

the way they check it now is by going on-line....log in....and search for customer info.

anyways....i have not connected any like this.....so was just wondering what licenses i would need... or will this even work?

thanks!!
