DND Wrap up time

Hello all,

Having isses with a single user on a CCR system. The issue he is experiencing is that when he finishes a call he presses the DND option on his phone and selects wrap up time and his phone 'Randomly' pops out of wrap up and calls are presented to him. As a get out he is currently logging out and back in once he has finished his write up. This is not practical and I need to sort :)

I have checked his settings against another user in the same pool as him and all settings look fine.
I have asked him to swap his handset and the issue remains.

He has reported script errors on IE (V8) from One-x app but this does not coinside with the DND error although I have asked him to try another browser to see if this resolves just incase it is related. Could One-x be kicking him out of DND ?

As this is an intermittant error and only erffecting one user its got me vexed.

I know its an old build of 7.0 and I know I need to update however this is only effecting one user and all else has been fine for ages (except for them locking supervisor licences!)

Versions are:

IP Office 7.0 (5)
CCR 7.0.1.31
One-x portal 7.0.14.52
