Is it possible to set a IP-Dterm on DND and send the incomming call to an opperator.
On this moment the caller hears a busy tone.

thank u very much.

Wouldn't it be easier to just set a call forward all to the operator?

However for a system wide setting in Cmd 5110 de tennant number de E600 will produce the desired effect.

and if it's not a true console but a dterm acting as a console .

try 5110>tenant number>extn or pilot number to forward to.

Dr VuDu

We had done that all but it still didn't work.
