Hi,
When updating an extension such as category or equipment ...etc, the following error message occured.Does anybody know why it happens? It occurs for all extensions and DNA do not send any command to TTY due to this error...

"The number of characters entered, must not exceed "11

Hi
Have you DNA 5.1 and BC12.1?
if yes it is a problem.
You must upgrade dna to 5.2

Versions are as you said.
Thanks for your help..

Rgrds.

Hi,
Now it's DNA5.2 SP1..
And same problem occurs.
Extension Manager 12.1 DNA_5.2_SP1..

Any idea?

you're not going to believe this but you'll have to wait for DNA5.2 SP2. problem lies in the ADC parameter which has grown to 14 digits in BC12SP6. if you want do equ change you must delete extension and recreate extension. or you can do the changes via TTY and resync afterwards...

Hi,
in my opinion you don't have to wait for SP2, it should be enough to open MD110 Support and select the right MD110 version for this node, BC12.1 in your case. After applying DNA51SP1 this has to be done for all BC12.1 nodes because the default is BC12.0

Hi on MD Support tool, the node was as if it's BC11 and i changed it to BC12.1 Now it doesn't give the same error.. But when any operaton is done on an extension it gives an error such as " The directory number is not in the range of number series " although it gives the details of extension and although the number series are up-to-date.
I think i should resynchronize the site on Mdsupport after changing site version to BC12.1

The site is in fact BC12 SP6
I ll give you the result after synchronization.

Thx.

yes you should resync!
