DN not hunting on 2616 with multiple DN/SCR

Hello all,
I have a 2616 set that is not acting the way I thought it would. It is part of an ACD queue, and everything there works as expected. The manager wanted this particular user to also have a DID. I have added the SCR to another key (which happens to be the third SCR on the phone) and that works as expected. The problem is the when the the set is busy, the new DID does not hunt to our CallPilot.

The SCR on key 05 hunts and works as expected. The MCR on 08 functions as expected. It is the SCR on 11 that does not hunt to our CallPilot on 3499.

Any help would be appreciated.

Change your LHK to 11

When you say it does not Hunt to 3499, our question is "When it is busy and you call it, what DOES it do"? Busy, error message in CP, ring into a black hole?

IF it is getting a busy signal, set LHK=15. It isn't supposed to matter, but I think that might fix it.

KCFLHRC, and GHTROUT, I will set the LHK to 11 and see if that helps.

Okay. I changed the LHK to 11.

My next question is this.

Is there a way to make it so the user can be 'Busy' in the ACD queue, but not bust on the DID?

If the ACD user is on an ACD call then the DID call should still ring in. If the user is in NRD the DID call will still come in. If the user is in MSB then neither the ACD or DID call will come in.
