Hi Can Anyone Help??? I need to change a dect handest connected to a Nortel DMC 320 but I cannot connect to the DMC via my null modem lead. The version on the Avaya Support site is 7.1 which won't install on my 64bit laptop. I also tried to use Avaya CCFP 8.09 but that only gives a baud rate connection options of 9600 and 19200, the manual says the connection rate is 15200. It also only gives me direct or modem option, not null modem as it shows in the manual. Where can I find the correct OAM Tool? I've worked on IP Office since the days of Alchemy but for some reason I haven't had to deal with one of these DMC's before so pardon my ignorance...
