DL360 backups 1

I have been looking around and am not finding a complete backup procedure to capture a DL360 (R9) setup on server edition.

If its customer provided VMware, we usually tell the customer to take a snapshot of the image to capture the PBX, VM, and One-X.

Is there a feature like that on the Avaya provided DL360?

If not does anyone have a procedure to take a complete backup?

Login to the server and go to solutions.
Configure a remote server and use that as a backup.
I never tried but that should take a complete backup.
