Contact store/recorder backups restored to Media Manager

The question is if the old Contact Store/Contact recorder recordings (and tags) can be restored on a Media Manager, anyone tried?
Both dbase are based on posgres but I wonder if metadadas could be different.

Media Manager does not support migration of earlier Contact Recorder files in IPO 10.1. It is not supported to run both Media Manager and Contact Recorder at the same time, as this could cause issues with archiving of recording files.

...but Media Manager does support migration of earlier Contact Recorder files in IPO 11.0, though not ContactStore.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
