Hp DL360 drive failures on server edition

We have about 6 of these servers installed and one customer has lost all 4 hard drives in their primary and secondary servers over a two month period.

Has anyone had any experience with these drives failing ?
Why is Avaya's APR on IPOSS so bad 7 days for replacement hard drive even IBM only takes 3 days.
I think we will start carrying our own 30g drives.

Wasn't iposs supposed to deliver within 24 hours?
You better get your own servers with a maintenance contract of HP.
They deliver a hard drive in four hours.
But yes this is not strange.
The drives are all of the same batch so it is possible that they all fail in a certain amount of time.
You better order some spares yourself and put them on a shelf.
