distance on a Norstar phone

Hello,

Does anyone know the distance I can extend a Norstar 7324 telephone? I have a customer that wants to have 2 phones moved from one end of a very long office building (where the CICS is located) to the other end of the building. How far can I run a CAT-3 or a CAT-5 cable without loosing the digital signal for full operation?
