displaying all records that satisfy a particular criteria

hi..

yah...how can i display records that satisfy a particular criteria without using query... can i use macro??

eg.. i got a table that has field of 1.applications with
2.a list of countries
then i need to display all the applications in singapore only..in a form.... how can i go about doing it?? using macro??

You would have to do it in a query and then base the form on that query.
 
thks neoduder...

but can i dun do it using query?? is there any way i can do it using macro?? as in using "applyfilter" and other fields in macro to do??
