I've never heard that before. I don't think it's in the system unless you put it in a comment field someonewhere.
I used to work at the TSO in denver and I would think that we would have been instructed where the customer could find it if it was in the system. Customers call all the time and don't know their own "sold to".
The bulletin board is the only location that I have ever seen it in the software. I have seen some techs that put a label on the gateway or SAT terminal back in the day.
