Display Skill Name not Vdn name 1

Hi all,

Hope you can help s8500 on 4.1 , Customer wants to see the skill set name on the phone rather than the original VDN name , ive played about with COR settings but can`t get this to happen, Can anybody advise if im waisting my time or missing something glaringly obvious.

The way we accomplish this is instead of queing to a skill (in the original Vector) we send the call to another VDN/Vector that ques the call ... then does a return step.

This works for us because the agent sees the name of the second VDN which is named appropriately for the skill it quest to.

We use a VDN variables to keep the number of vectors down and you need to make sure to set your VDN override appropriately.
