Hi
Have an MCD running 6.0
we have a DDI programmed on 5 phones each on a multiline key. The tel dir label is Kew Bridge but when a caller calls in the display shows the CLI of the caller, we want the display to show Kew Bridge
Thanks

Solutions depend on what you want to have happen if the call goes unanswered.

Simplest solution would be to make the call ring to a ring group and make the multicall a member of the group. Ring groups are notoriously difficult to integrate with voicemail however.

There is an option in the Class of Service
Display Caller ID on Multicall/Keylines default is No
You can also adjust the time it is displayed
As KWB has already suggested or make the DDI a Name-Tag Hunt Group number this will also display the name. You can add multicall and multiline key line numbers into the hunt group.

Nametag also can have issues with vm

We really need to know what happens if the call is not answered

Thanks Guys
ended up creating a dummy NTHG then reroute always to a DN which is on keys. This displays the name until the call is answered then it displays the CLI. They only have 5224 so this behaviour is correct I believe. the call never goes unanswered.
