Hi,

I have a report, based on a query, which displays the minutes of meetings and which meeting those minutes apply to (number). What I would like to do is display number of the latest meeting in a field in the heading(i.e. the maximum value in the meetings number field). The idea is to show that the report relates to all meetings up to and including the latest meeting number in the report.

Have you tried a ControlSource like this ?
=Max([meeting number])

Hope This Helps, PH.

Hi

Yeah that was my first try, I just get #Error. So I copied the query and deleted all but the meeting column and used Max instead of Group By, changed it to a Sum query and tried calling THAT .. same result.

Tried this and it seems to work...

=DLookUp("MaxOfPCB","PCB")

PCB is the sum query.
