display info on incoming calls

We have a custer with an IPO500 V2 R9.0 with a SIP Trunk.
When a call is received we see the calling number twice on the display on 2 lines.
On the second line i get for example the following: 0478521000>Ke
Where Ke are the first 2 letters of the groupname. What can we do to show the entire groupname, so the customer can see what choice is made in the Auto Attendant?

On Avaya 1408 phones and on Gigaset Dect handsets both the same
