We have connected a couple of BT Converse analogue stations to our Avaya Si. The problem is I cannot get the display to show incoming CLi.
Any ideas? Are they compatable for showing this info?

What circuit pack are you connected to? TN742 is not capable of caller id.

Are you able to set the phone type to 'callrid' not 2500, if not you have wrong pack for this type phone. Need TN793B or TN2793B for cid, note it must be a B and Rel 8.2 or greater.

Many thanks guys. It is a TN2183 board so will presume from this it is not capable. Cheers
