Disable Window's Keyboard Start Button

May I know anywhere in the settings which can temporary disable the Window's Keyboard Start Button at the bottom left of the keyboard (right of CTRL button)???

i take it this button is getting in the way of your deathmatch showdowns ? ( 1/2 life for example). personally i ripped mine out physically, a bit extreme i know. there should be a registry hack for this. check for this
