disable patches of Signaling server

How can I disable a patch of Signaling Server?
I need to disable ipsec-tools-0.6.5-14.el5.3_avaya_1.i386.

Please, help!

look for your patch id
poos x

If you did it in CLI and you are done with the patch you should POUT it as well (pout x)

Is it necessary?
will there be any problem if I leave it disabled?
