Disable Operator in Skillsets

Good Morning,

I did a search and didn't see the answer to this question, it could be I just don't know what to look for.

I have a BCM 400 running 3.7 on build 2.4f and it has been requested that we disable a callers' ability to opt out to the operator once they have been placed in a skillset queue. How would I go about doing this?

Thats the Dial 0 option.for an attentant
Try removing the attendat extn from operator status
Att Available and set to NO(untick)
 
Thanks. I will give that a go and see what happens.
 
In the skill set itself is an attendent setting . Take out the DN there to none.
