I did a search and didn't see the answer to this question, it could be I just don't know what to look for.
I have a BCM 400 running 3.7 on build 2.4f and it has been requested that we disable a callers' ability to opt out to the operator once they have been placed in a skillset queue. How would I go about doing this?
