DISA thru VM Pro Caller ID Question 3

IPO 9.1.701 with VM Pro using SIP Trunks
I want to send the Customers main number but it sends the calling party's number.
I've tried changing the ARS table also the System Twinning tab and the SIP settings on System Voicemail tab.

In VM Pro I'm using a Menu with option of $ this links to a Transfer action with $KEY. and it works perfect except the caller ID comes from the calling party.

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you at least have it PIN code protected?!

Use a prefix (99$KEY) and create a shortcode that sets the CLI

SC: 99N
Feature: Dial
TN: Ns0123456789 (where 0123456789 is the CLI you wanna send)
LG ID: Outgoing ID of trunk

Unfortunately that did not correct the issue, it's still sending the calling party's number.

some line providers block this feature and require a signed letter to manipulate caller id

What's the Send Caller ID set to on the SIP trunk?

Do a monitor trace and you'll see from which field in the SIP INVITE it takes the CLI.

janni7...I'm using "Diversion Header" in Send Caller ID

That's why it's showing calling number, you can change it to None.

Although if you might want to show calling number in other cases?

create a FNE shortcode and put the numbers of the callers into the mobility information then when they call in they get dialtone and dial the same way you would dial from internal as well as have security (kind of) that not everybody calls in through it.

FNE shortcode with TN of 00 will give you that
