DIL trunk rings only twice on SV9100

Hello everyone
Weird situation happened. There is a dozen of COT lines at customer's.
For more than a year there were no problems with them at all.
For a couple of week they say on two SLT extensions (DIL aaginment for two COT lines) phone rings only two times and stops. External party still listens to RING BACK tone. This works only for POTS calls, internal calls works fine - a phone rings until answered.
All other DIL trunks ring tlll external party goes onhook so 22-01 parameters are OK.
COS is the same on all analog extensions.
I check call forwarding no answer - it is not set on those two extensions.
DIL is not assigned to any group - goes directly to the extension.

Where call could go and how to check it?

 
Try moving the lines to different ports on the CO card and see if the issue follows.
