Is this the correct forum for Avaya CMS questions? If not please let me know where is? I am running a realtime trunk group report and see some calls connected and some seized. The connected calls show the agent name and ID as well as the VDN name and number. The seized calls only show the VDN name and number. What does the seized call represent?

Thanks
Oscar
