We need to set the CLID to allow DID’S to pass. How do I program the Option 11 c?

This documentation isn't in the standard set of books:

In a nutshell, you create a CLID table that specifies "Send DN with NPA+NXX". Then you assign that CLID to all the DNs that are DID.

Here is a CLID table from the link I sent:

[tt]
REQ: CHG
TYPE: NET
TYPE NET_DATA
CUST 0
OPT
AC2
FNP
CLID YES < CLID Gate Opener
SIZE
INTL
ENTRY 0 < CLID Table to be modified/created
HNTN 972 < All Calls - NPA (Area Code)
ESA_HLCL 362 < Emergency Calls - NXX (Local Exchange)
ESA_INHN YES/NO < Emergency Calls - Include NPA on CLID
ESA_APDN YES/NO < Emergency Calls - Include DN on CLID
HLCL 362 < Normal Calls - NXX (Local Exchange)
DIDN YES/NO < Normal Calls - Include DN on CLID
HLOC 442 < UDP Calls - Home Location Code
LSC 2 < CDP Call - Local Steering Code (if used)

prt your CLID in 21 to see your entries and make sure it is not built already and just not assigned. If you need to, create a new entry in ld 15 by chg type - NET_DATA at the CLID promt say yes. Create the new entry

ENTRY 3
HNTN 352 - NPA
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL 291 - NXX
DIDN YES <--- say yes at this promt to send the DN
HLOC
LSC
CLASS_FMT DN

Whatever entry you create (3 in this example) you must assign to the sets with DID on them.

key 0 scr XXXX 3<--- 3 being the CLID above.

BCMIPTECH - Be careful with the ESA configuration in the CLID! Make sure you understand and test the 911 impacts of changing your CLID. If CLID tables were not set up, most likely E911 was not set up either.
