I can understand why this is happening, but just don't know if it HAS to happen. I've got an MICS with 6.1. Just recently had a PRI setup and got a block of DID's with it. The problem is that all of the system users have 3 digit extensions and I had to explicitly setup the prime sets for each extension (ie: line 123 is set to recv'd # 4444, then prime set put at extension 222).
Now whenever a call comes in by dialing the DID number for any set, the CLID always shows the message 'xxxx to prime' (where xxxx is the Recv'd # on the line from the DID). If you call the main number and enter an extension with the Call Pilot to dial, the CLID works perfectly fine.
I assume the entire problem exists because it's making a transfer of 4 digits from the DID, to a 3 digit extension via the MICS. I will be reassigning extensions and mailboxes to 4 digits thatmatch the last 4 digits of each users' DID number, but is there any way to fix the prime message in the meantime?
