Hi all,

Can someone know how to answer this question that I have been asked to produce an answer.

"I am looking for what DID numbers are in use by our system. Specifically, what numbers when dialed from a phone outside the building will be picked up by our phone system?"

You have to get a list of numbers from your service provider as they may or may not be programmed on your switch.
Once you have the list, you can find out which ones are in use by entering a list extension xxxxx count xxx command.
The extension xxxxx range would match the received digits from the provider that match your internal extensions.
