Hi,

I have some problems with our call id.

Our porvider tell me to resolve this problem i need adjust our system IP office 500 Avaya to use did number provider.

How i configure IP office avaya to make calls through our did number?

 
A lot more info would help. Like type of lines what release of IPO number of users needing DID.

the problem is as follows:

When i make any calls our call id don´t appear correctly in display who received the call (appears stranger number).

Our provider tell us this happens because the portuguese regulations block the call id.

They tell me if i would like to receive the correct CLI delivery for Portugal numbers, i need to use the DIDWW DID number with prefix 351-30 to use their local route which will deliver the correct CLI without any instabilities.

Now i need to know how to use this assigned DID number as CLI.

They tell me to ajust my system to use my DID 351308801651 as a Caller Number and retest it one more time.

How do this in IP office 500 Avaya?

The provider of this DID Number is DIDWW.

Can any help me?




 
Hi Rui

What type of lines are you using.
Are they SIP lines
Are they PRI lines

Have you tried putting the number code into the Prefix on the PRI line

We really need to know the type of lines you have in order to answer this correctly.

Different type of lines have different set ups

 
I use SIP line (sip line 19).
