Can the camp on feature on DID calls be disbaled, in other words the caller gets busy.

DID is isdn
terminating extn is ONS
MCD 4.2

You need to disable campon on the trunks.

It might help if you provided more information as to why you want to do this. I recently was told of a good analogy.

Question - Where can a get a coathanger
Answer - I have one right here - why do you need it?
Answer - I locked my keys in the car
Response - wouldn't it be better if I gave you the spare set of keys?
Answer - DOH!

Thanks for that

Raasoning, client simply wants extensions to get busy tone, that's it.

auto camp on timer in COS. It has to be set to blank.i.e nothing in the field; NOT a zero.

Well, the reason I ask for more information is that changing the camp on timer for the trunks can adversely affect other functionality on the system. It may fix your immediate problem but cause others that have more impact.

Not knowing why you want to do this limits the options for solutions.

A typical example of your scenario is fax machines. There are other ways to resolve the issue of providing busy tone for fax machines. I would even say they might be prefered.

But I'll go with your short answer. "Raasoning, client simply wants extensions to get busy tone, that's it."

I can't help people that won't help themselves.
