DID calls not ringing 1

We have an IPO500V2 9.0.845 and the incoming digits are not being accepted on the system. I verified the PRI is good on another IPO500. I have all setting correct and incoming digits. I can make out going calls but no incoming.

 
Is the correct line group selected?
If you look on SSA does it show the calls getting to the IPO?

try putting the full number in the incoming call route ie 01212369157, but you will need to open the monitor program, this will show you the call being presented to the pbx and with what digits, if indeed the line provider is presenting you the call, you will need to add Layer3 in the Filters / ISDN tab.
 
We were able to fix this problem by applying United States (english) in the Locale of the ICR.
