Hi,

Im having an issue dialling a certain number from my switch. I am getting the carriers message saying the number cant be recognised.

After looking at the output messages i have found that its not dialling the last number.

Its only sending the first 10 digits, but will dial 11 digits on all other calls. Below is a cut and paste showing the call that fails first and then a call that works.

DAO R 5 19 1 ISRM-C 10 0345xxxxxx Fails (it should have an extra digit at the end which is dialled in the phone)
DAO R 5 17 1 ISRM-C 10 0844xxxxxx0 Works
DAO R 5 14 1 ISRM-C 10 0788xxxxxx2 Works

Any suggestions as to where to look next?

Thanks

Have a look at your SPN's and FLEN lengths as a first thought then maybe DMI's relating to the number failing

Cheers!!
