Our company just switched from Aura (which I only just started to get the hang of!!! ) to IP Office. No I have to configure the phones in the garage in a certain way.
The idea is that, during the office hours between 8AM and 5PM the phone goes straight to the reception number (2421) when you pick up the horn and outside the office hours, when you press 1 you go to emergency services, and 2 to the building manager. This last part I got to work.
I can't really seem to find any info on how to have the phone call straight to 2421 when you pick up the horn, how could I manage this?
