Our company is in the process of converting from a 3 digit dial plan to a 5 digit dial plan.
All stations will be renumbered like this:
Old Ext New Ext
Office 1 ### 11###
Office 2 ### 12###
Office 3 ### 13###
Offices 1, 2, and 3 have an automated attendant where you can dial an extension of someone you know.
My question is, can I still prompt the caller to enter the 3 digits and insert the appropriate 11, 12, or 13 depending on what office/vector was hit? (Yes each office has it's own vector for the auto attendant) Our goal is to avoid prompting the caller to enter all 5 digits.
Thanks in advance!
