Dial by name problem on 8.0.44??

Hello everyone,
I have a issue with the dial by name on embedded VM on release 8.0.44
All user have record there name correctly and configuration is ok in the manager.

When we go into the dial by name by pressing "#" and i dial family name, VM keep saying " no name was found "
Any hints?

are you sure this mailbox was initalized properly? I would call the ext to see if it says the correct name when called.Also did you test this on any other extensions?

Yes, when we call the extension, it`s teh right name that`s palying. And we have the issue with all user..
 
you could also try a dot upgrade to 8.0.56 or above which may fix this issue, not sure if your software load has a bug, you can always go back if it does not work.

also what is the dial by name match order set to? also make sure that on the users form that Ex Directory is not checked.

No ther are not tick ex directory..everything is triple check!! It is an issue somewhere believe me!
 
how do you have this set up? last name 1st name or 1st name last name, try switching and test and see if this works.

make sure there are no trailing spaces in the full name.
