Dial by name attendant saying I have selected an invalid option

I have CM 5.2 with CMM
The issue I am having is when I enter the dial by name attendant and start entering the user name I get a prompt saying I have selected an invalid key. Any help is appreciated

Thanks every one the issue was with my signalling group, I double checked the values, corrected them and all tests were ok
