Dial 0 tranfer to reception

Hi everyone!

I'm using a voicemail pro 8.0. Everyone in the office use a personal greeting and inside the greeting they said "press 0 if you need emergency attention" so that tranfer to the reception. I already try modifying the personal strat point for leave message greetings and it's not working. How can I make that tranfer happen inside the personal greeting?? people press 0 and goes to reception.

Use Manager, look under a user that is working. Take a look at their voicemail tab. It will become obvious what you need to do.
