Desktop messaging not showing up in email accounts

BCM 400 4.0. Just installed latest system and desktop patches. On certain machines, all win7 and outlook 2010, the client will install, the message waiting indicator will work, but the call pilot email account doesn't show up. They have administrator rights, and I ran as administrator. It works on a couple machines, also win7 and outlook 2010. Any ideas?
 
I had same confusion, one customer with BCM50 R5 UM works on Office2010 no problem, one customer with BCM400 R4 UM works only 2007 not 2010, only MWI shows in the task bar, but no CallPilot running in Outlook. Both of them patched to the latest, and both UM software is the same version.

I will try to download the UM client software from BCM50 site then install it on BCM400 site then see how it goes.


Always learn from someone, something or somewhere...
 
I know at one time You needed to down load the PBX UM to get the newer Outlooks to work on the BCM. The BCM's um would not work.
