Delta Server won't load

I just installed delta server and when I tryi to load it I get an Internet Explorer window with the url "

http://localhost:8080/"

which gives me page not found errors
When I run a netstat command for listening ports, there are no devicees litening on that port.
Thought???

Do you have a virus scanner installed ?
This can give problems with localhost !
