I have a very simple question, but I will explain why Im asking it (in case someone has a better suggestion).
I can't get CCC Reports from some hunt groups. I tried recreating them, and making new ones but still it doesn't work for some. There are no illegal characters in the agent/group names, but the only thing I noticed is that this reporting problem only happens if I try to make a group with more then 15 or 20 agents. Below 10 groups work.
I just want to know exactly which tables does delta server create/write into when it comes to group reports, so I could read the data from mssql manually, because I'm not sure if the Delta server does not write the data normally in, or the Reporter does not read it out correctly.
