Delta Server on software 5.0.1701
I have been issues over the past month where I will get messages from eCAS saying that no logs have been recorded for 24 hours. I then get into the machine and observe that the connection Delta Server to IP Office has been lost. Restarting the CCC Delta Server service seems to do the trick for about another week until I get another message from eCAS.
Any thoughts on why I might be losing connectivity? Tips to remedy the issue?
