Delta Server data

I have been able to capture call data through Delta Server, but recently we added another module. Now it seems that I am only collecting data from one of the modules. Is there a setting in Delta Server to select where the data is collected from or should it be automatic? Or is there a setting elsewhere that needs to be set to include data from the new module?

If you by "New module" mean another IPO, then you're on to something!

The Delta Server can only gather data from one IPO. If you have two IPO's linked, then you should run two Delta Servers, one for each system.

Here is what I have:
1 IP 406 Office module
1 IP400 Analog Trunk (this is the new module)
1 IP400 Digital station

If I need to run a second Delta Server, can it be on the same machine as the current one?

You only have one main unit in that setup, and you don't need another Delta Server.

which data is it that the D Server doesn't get?

I believe I am not getting data from the lines connected to the new module (IP400 Analog Trunk) How can I tell exactly which phone lines I am getting data from? I thought I would automatically get data from all lines going through the IP Office 406 module. All I can tell is that Delta Server is connected to my IP Office 406 module. (192.168.1.205)
