PS
Hello ,
I need a help if someone can ,
i had registered some SIP extensions on SV9100, and then need to delete some of them ,
i used code 90-23 (in web pro) but seems not be deleted , cause if i call the specific extension the result shows it is busy ( even i disconnect the phone from the network )

-all licenses required are uploaded
-the configuration is copy for all extensions (no differs between active and offline extensions)

Try unplugging the phone, then default MB 15-05, or change the MAC address to all zero's except the last one - 01. 90-23 usually does the trick. It releases the MAC address for the extension number, but the phone has to be unplugged first.

I Tried what you mentioned , but nothing occurs , try to change the IP phone number from the IP phone list .

Iam searching for another method do delete the phone from the registry in the PBX , I think that there is something like cookies in the CPU itself needed to be removed
