Delete Gedie command lost TSW4

I have a problem whit generic extension in a MX-ONE TSW sp4.
I have delete the lim 13 and in this position there are again 7 generic extension that i haven't delete. If i make the command gedie the command answer is waiting e a the end it's lost
I can not regeneration the system and i haven't the old rel1 o rel 2.
I have read that it is possible delete this generic extension whit the command SGSAI , SGSSI, but i dont know this command or the exadecimal value
how can help me for resolve this situation?

No probably there aren't unit corrupted because in the lim delete no common programm unit exist. I have forgot to delete 7 generic extension and i have now 7 dect out of service.
I can't reload the systema whit old rel 1 o rel 2 , because it' a hospital.
It' s possible delete this extension whit sacop for the trace and sgsai for the cancellation of memory position.
how can help me ?

 
i think Daddy means as you've deleted the lim then and have residual extensions data on it the extension mapping is still in the software. I'm sure if you report it to your maintener they'll have the expertise to advise on this.
 
Maintainer would prob do a data dump then regenerate the system and create a new backup. Next step would be to reload the system from this new back up.

If you do not know how to do this I would recommend that you contact your maintainers.

You could always rebuild the switch from scratch!!
To be honest if you had ended the LIM correctly this problem would not have happened.
 
This is not easy (Daddy), but you can start with a trace from GEH, when trying to delete the extensions. The fault is not there, but most probably at least DED points at LIM13, not sure, but let us see the trace. SGSAI does not help too much here before some more info is delivered.

OK, seems to be a DED case (at least), so trace DED in LIM1, when trying to execute the command. Just do it when there is no traffic, otherwise the trace is 1 mile long.

Now, find out all values "0D" (=LIM13 hex), and change them
to "FF" with
sacos:unit=ded,lim=1,addr=f4a,sector=rel,data=ff;
sacos:unit=ded,lim=1,addr=f4b,sector=rel,data=ff;
sacos:unit=ded,lim=1,addr=fd3,sector=rel,data=ff;

NOTE THAT THESE ADDRESSES ARE FROM THE EXAMPLE ABOVE !

Then, if lucky with GEDIE (using LIM1 for the command), do the same in all remaining LIMs.

If you are using 3 digit or 5 digit numbering, the addresses are different, but here I can see that they are 4 digit.

If unsure, send the file here, and also nadap:numtyp=ex;

Maybe something else also is creating problems because of the wrongly removed LIM, but let's start with this.
